- • The Technical Support Application Analyst provides technical support aligned with a specific product vertical to a mix of technical and non-technical customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex software and/or networked systems.
- • Day to day responsibilities include creating, resolving, and maintaining tickets, responding to client questions and work requests via phone and email, monitoring assigned open tickets, updating tickets timely, tracking time daily, and escalating tickets to other teams and verticals as needed.
- • The role is part of kCura Corporation’s Product Support team, reporting to the Manager of Product Support, and operates within a collaborative environment where colleagues inspire one another and quality service is ensured through teamwork.
- • The analyst will develop in-depth technical product knowledge, SQL, network and server expertise, and exceptional customer service skills while having opportunities to share knowledge with customers and partner with senior team members on complex incidents.
🎯 Requirements
- • Customer support experience with direct experience supporting clients as a primary contact or lead using phone and email
- • Experience troubleshooting complex issues
- • SQL and Windows platform experience
- • Ability to follow appropriate procedures for creating, categorizing, updating, escalating, transitioning, and resolving tickets with attention to detail
- • Flexibility to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
