- • As a Technical Support Associate at Amplify Education, you will serve as the primary point of contact for investigating and resolving complex technical issues across Amplify’s educational software applications, directly supporting educators and students nationwide.
- • Day to day, you will triage and resolve technical issues, deliver professional customer support via phone and email, escalate cases to engineering teams using Jira and Salesforce, log all interactions in Salesforce for data integrity, and quickly adapt to new product releases to become a subject matter expert.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Amplify Education, a pioneer in K–12 education since 2000, serving over 15 million students across all 50 states with next-generation curriculum and assessment tools that empower teachers and improve learning outcomes.
- • In this role, you will enhance your technical expertise in educational platforms and CRM tools, build relationships with educators, participate in hands-on onboarding with mentorship, and strengthen team knowledge by sharing solution patterns and insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2+ years of equivalent experience
- • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- • Experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS, or Snowflake (preferred)
- • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira) and data visualization tools like Tableau (preferred)
- • Experience in an IT/help desk support environment (preferred)
