  • • The role is a full-time, permanent position, operating on a remote-first basis within Australia.
  • • You will be required to work a specific weekend schedule, either Wednesday to Sundays or Saturday to Wednesdays, ensuring continuous support coverage.
  • • As a Technical Support Specialist, your core responsibilities will include delivering consistently exceptional customer experiences to every Webflow user, ensuring their journey with our platform is seamless and productive.
  • • You will actively assist customers through various support channels, including email, phone, and live chat, utilizing essential tools such as Zendesk, Zoom, and Jira to manage inquiries efficiently.
  • • A key part of your role will involve meticulously documenting and reporting bugs, resolving technical issues promptly, and fostering a collaborative environment within the team to guarantee the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • • You will serve as a strong advocate for our customers' needs, working hand-in-hand with your team and manager to identify and champion opportunities for enhancing our product offerings and overall service delivery.
