- • Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with customers to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex product issues, diagnosing problems related to system configurations, SQL Server, HL7, and product functionality, documenting support requests and solutions, communicating with product development teams to improve designs, and participating in after-hours on-call support as needed.
