📋 Description
- • As a Technical Support Engineer at JAMS Software LLC, you will provide expert technical assistance for enterprise workload automation solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and system reliability.
- • You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, manage support tickets within SLAs, collaborate with engineering on escalations, and contribute to product improvements through feedback and documentation.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years experience in a technical support role with direct customer and engineering interaction
- • Proficiency in scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, and Python
- • Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
- • Experience with SQL for data queries and troubleshooting
- • Experience with data migrations and familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
