📋 Description
- • As a Technical Support Engineer at Dataiku, you will help EMEA and global customers solve technical issues with the Everyday AI Platform (DSS), including installation, security, and integration with big data technologies, contributing to customer success and product improvement.
- • Day to day, you will communicate with customers via multiple channels, collaborate with R&D to resolve complex issues, escalate or reroute tickets with other customer-facing teams, document solutions in knowledge bases, and adapt to dynamic tasks in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed Support organization spanning 10+ countries and 3 continents, focused on scaling an enterprise-grade support function for Dataiku’s AI platform used by leading enterprises to operationalize AI as a business performance engine.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, Unix systems, databases, and scripting, while gaining exposure to AI/ML technologies and enterprise software support practices, positioning you for growth in technical support or customer engineering.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing engineering or technical role, ideally with complex, rapidly evolving software
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes
- • Proficiency with Unix-based systems, relational databases/data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), SQL, and ability to read/write Python or R code
