  • • As a Technical Support Engineer at Nooks Platform Inc., you will be a critical member of the early-stage support team responsible for ensuring EMEA customers receive exceptional, timely, and empathetic assistance with the Nooks AI Sales Assistant Platform. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall perception of the product by resolving technical issues efficiently and advocating for user needs within the organization.
  • • You will provide prompt, clear, and compassionate support via Slack, live chat, and email, troubleshooting complex technical problems across the platform while maintaining high standards for response and resolution times, and contributing to a positive, memorable support experience that reinforces Nooks’ reputation for excellence.
  • • You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to escalate issues, share customer insights, and influence product improvements by identifying recurring patterns in support tickets and advocating for root-cause solutions that enhance platform stability and usability.
  • • You will contribute to building a scalable support operation by creating and maintaining customer-facing Help Center articles, mentoring teammates, sharing knowledge, and helping refine internal processes, tools, and workflows as the team grows.
  • • You will operate in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment where the product evolves rapidly, requiring you to continuously learn new features, adapt to changes, and apply your technical curiosity to solve novel problems independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • • You will help shape the foundation of Nooks’ support function as an early team member, gaining ownership over process development, knowledge base creation, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning yourself for growth into senior support, technical account management, or product-focused roles as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of Technical Support experience providing end-user support on complex, feature-rich, constantly iterating B2B SaaS platforms.
  • • Demonstrated success providing support through Slack, live chat channels, and email.
  • • Proficient in real-time troubleshooting, including video conferencing and remote access.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • • Self-starter with experience learning and working with a rapidly changing SaaS platform in an early-stage startup.
  • • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
