📋 Description
- • Technical Support Engineer (French-speaking) role at Ketch, Inc., providing high-quality technical support to EMEA customers and partnering with Professional Services on implementations, troubleshooting, and technical solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning ticket resolution end-to-end for web technologies, APIs, SDKs, and platform configuration; partnering with Professional Services on technical scoping calls and integration troubleshooting; working directly with customer developers and IT teams to diagnose and resolve issues; using Postman to troubleshoot API calls; investigating front-end behavior in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; documenting fixes and solutions; providing hand-off coverage to US and India support teams; and escalating to engineering while owning customer communication.
- • Ketch is redefining responsible data use for the AI era through its Data Permissioning Platform, helping brands collect, control, and activate permissioned, privacy-safe data across devices, systems, and third-party apps to simplify privacy operations, increase revenue from advertising and AI, and build customer trust.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in a technical support, solutions, or implementation role at a B2B SaaS company (pure software)
- • Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and APIs
- • Comfortable using Postman or similar tools to troubleshoot API behavior
- • Fluent in French (professional, customer-facing level) and English
- • UK-based with the right to work in the UK
- • Flexibility to overlap with US business hours regularly, including evenings
