📋 Description
- • Technical Support Engineer role focused on troubleshooting complex issues and guiding customers through vulnerability management and compliance tools using Tenable One and other cybersecurity solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Customer Advocacy teams to deliver exceptional support, contributing knowledge articles, and working with cutting-edge cybersecurity technology in diverse environments.

🎯 Requirements
- • Technical degree or equivalent experience
- • Must have experience in networking and both Linux & Windows OS
- • Knowledge of cloud and cybersecurity concepts
- • Customer support experience and excellent communication skills
- • Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Columbia, MD
- • Must already be authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
