- • As a Technical Support Engineer I at Merative, you will provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation resource for internal and external customers using Merge Healthcare’s medical imaging solutions, which are trusted by 6 of the 10 largest U.S. health systems to improve patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include taking inbound and outbound calls, assessing complex technical problems, collecting data, documenting issues and resolutions in CRM, owning the customer support experience, and driving resolution through appropriate channels using effective communication.
- • You will work within a team that supports Merge’s cloud-native Imaging Suite, including Vendor-Neutral Archive (VNA), PACS, Enterprise Image Viewing, and Workflow Orchestration solutions, as well as Best in KLAS Cardiology and Digital Pathology offerings.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in medical imaging systems, improve customer satisfaction and system stability through preventative maintenance and remote upgrades, and contribute to internal and customer-facing knowledge bases by documenting root causes and solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, including workstations, servers, and storage systems
- • Strong proficiency with workstation and server operating systems
- • Solid understanding of network infrastructure and communication protocols
- • Excellent customer service abilities, along with strong documentation and communication skills
- • Proven capability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with minimal supervision
- • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work well with individuals at all organizational levels
