- • As a Technical Support Engineer III at Delinea, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and reliability of the company’s Identity Security Platform by delivering expert post-sale support to global customers and partners.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing and documenting customer-reported issues, investigating and reproducing technical scenarios, formulating resolution plans, and providing clear, timely responses while maintaining accurate records of corrective actions.
- • You will contribute to the team’s knowledge base by developing articles and pre-written responses, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior technical support engineers to strengthen team capability.
- • Working remotely from the Belfast area, you will collaborate with a diverse, international team in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where your technical expertise directly impacts customer success and product reliability.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT systems while advancing your problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills within a globally recognized security technology leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3-4 years of proven professional experience as a technical support engineer
- • In-depth knowledge of IT and system administration (minimum 5 years), networking, data transport, encryption, and cloud infrastructure
- • Proficiency in relational databases and SQL, plus experience with PowerShell, Bash, or other OS scripting languages
- • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- • Ability to work on-call hours as assigned and thrive in dynamic, international customer and team environments
