- • As a Technical Support Engineer at Sereact GmbH, you will be the primary point of contact for customers across Europe, ensuring the smooth operation and rapid resolution of technical issues with AI-powered robotic systems deployed in industrial settings like warehouses and factories.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing first-line technical support via remote access using SSH, Docker, and Python, diagnosing hardware and software problems, guiding customers through troubleshooting, collaborating with internal engineering teams, maintaining detailed documentation, and serving as an on-call contact during assigned shifts to address urgent issues.
- • You will join a fast-paced AI robotics startup dedicated to bridging the gap between lab innovation and real-world industrial automation, working alongside curious and bold thinkers committed to redefining how physical work is done through intelligent robotic systems.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in robotics systems, remote diagnostics, and customer-facing technical problem-solving while contributing to product improvements by identifying recurring issues, enhancing the knowledge base, and helping develop better tooling such as ticketing systems and debug utilities.
