📋 Description
- • As a Technical Support Manager for EMEA at Notion, you will lead and build a team of technical and general support specialists to ensure exceptional customer experiences across the region, reporting to the Head of Support, AMER & EMEA.
- • You will manage day-to-day operations including KPI attainment, escalation handling, on-call rotation participation, and direct involvement in solving customer tickets during peak volumes, while driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
- • You will collaborate with global CX and User Operations leaders to maintain cohesive support operations, align with Go-To-Market strategies, and adapt support processes to regional cultural and business needs.
- • You will analyze team and customer data to drive continuous improvement, own reporting of EMEA metrics to senior leadership, and develop your team through mentorship and performance growth in a mission-driven, inclusive environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of work experience in customer support team of a software company
- • 2+ years of work experience in leading and managing a high performing customer support team
- • Strong data reporting and data analytics skills
