- • The Technical Support Representative, Human Health Customer Care serves as the frontline support for Piccolo users, providing timely and accurate technical assistance to laboratory professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming technical support calls, troubleshooting instrument and rotor issues, documenting all interactions in the Quality Management System (QMS), supporting customer evaluations and validations, communicating software updates and field actions, and assisting with instrument installations.
- • The role is part of Zoetis Inc., a global animal health company, working within the Human Health Customer Care team to support diagnostic instruments used in clinical and research laboratories.
- • The position offers opportunities to develop expertise in medical laboratory instrumentation, regulatory compliance, quality management systems, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, sales, and distribution teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or clinical laboratory technology preferred, or equivalent experience
- • Knowledge of medical laboratory products and instrumentation preferred
- • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
