  • • As a Technical Support Specialist at Samsara Inc., you will be part of the frontline support team responsible for delivering timely technical assistance to customers via phone and chat, directly contributing to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of global physical operations.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inbound customer requests, collaborating with support teams to escalate issues, self-managing workload, utilizing tools and knowledge bases to resolve technical problems, and documenting customer interactions clearly and concisely.
  • • You will join a high-caliber, globally distributed team at Samsara, a pioneer in the Connected Operations™ Cloud, working to transform industries like transportation, manufacturing, agriculture, and construction through IoT-driven innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline such as computer science or engineering
  • • 3-5 years of experience in a technical product support role
  • • Technical know-how: ability to interface with engineers, translate complex concepts into everyday language, and work with SaaS systems
  • • Technical expertise in cloud applications, mobile computing, and hardware device troubleshooting
  • • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills (written and spoken)
