• • As a Technical Support Specialist at Brinc Ltd., you will serve as the primary technical liaison for public safety customers operating 24/7/365, specializing in diagnostics and resolution of embedded systems and software issues involving BRINC UAS hardware and proprietary LiveOps software.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert-level troubleshooting of drone systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across software, firmware, and hardware, acting as the primary point of contact for public safety customers, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive product improvements, maintaining after-hours support rotations, traveling up to 25% to customer sites or field operations, and documenting issues to create knowledge base articles and training materials.
