  • • As a Technical Support Specialist at EasyLlama, you will own and resolve escalated, technically complex customer issues that go beyond standard support, acting as a critical bridge between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution and improved product experience.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting integrations, APIs, and third-party tools to identify root causes, documenting bugs, supporting pre-sales conversations, guiding customers through technical onboarding, and driving improvements to documentation and internal workflows based on recurring issues.
  • • EasyLlama is a remote-first HR compliance innovator transforming outdated training into engaging, mobile-first solutions trusted by over 5,000 clients including Shake Shack, Sephora, and Y Combinator, with a strong culture rooted in DRIVE values: Doers, Resourceful, Impactful, Valued Partners, and Excellence-Focused.
