- • Technical Support & User Engagement Contract Lead managing the full lifecycle of user engagement, training, DUA processing, privacy workflows, analytic output review, documentation, and program assessment for a large federal data access and linkage initiative.
- • Lead end-to-end management of user-facing program operations workstreams, coordinate with federal customers and technical leads to translate policies into operational processes, oversee day-to-day execution of operational activities, manage development and use of dashboards and metrics, lead planning and delivery of communications and training, oversee analytic output and disclosure review processes, plan and execute transition activities, coordinate study closeout and transfer activities, manage DUA & Requirements Tracking Tool operations, provide stakeholder engagement leadership, and support continuous improvement by standardizing templates and enhancing workflows.
