- • As a Technical Support & User Engagement Project Manager at GDIT, you will lead planning, coordination, and delivery of user support, DUA workflows, privacy, training, and reporting for a large National Institutes of Aging (NIA) data access and linkage initiative, ensuring onboarding, governance reviews, user engagement, training, and program support services are delivered on time and aligned with requirements.
- • Day to day, you will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets; manage day-to-day execution across program support workstreams; serve as a primary liaison for user engagement and technical support; organize and facilitate user engagement and governance meetings; monitor operational performance using dashboards and metrics; support DUA-related workflows; coordinate development of training materials and user guides; support analytic output and disclosure review workflows; capture lessons learned and propose process enhancements; assist with study closeout and transfer requirements; and support public-facing website content planning and updates.
- • You will join GDIT’s Program Delivery and Execution team, a global technology and professional services company delivering consulting, technology, and mission services to U.S. government agencies, with 26,000 experts operating across 50 countries in digital modernization, AI/ML, Cloud, Cyber, and application development.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in federal research program management, data access and privacy governance, stakeholder engagement in health services research, and project lifecycle execution—gaining the ability to drive process improvements, enhance user experience, and support secure research environments while advancing your career through GDIT’s AI-powered career tools and internal mobility support.
