  • • As a Technical Systems Integrations Specialist at Cambium Learning Group, Inc., you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless technical integrations for our esteemed ExploreLearning and Learning A-Z products. Your primary mission will be to facilitate customer technical integrations and services, guaranteeing successful implementation and optimal usage of our web-based educational solutions.
  • • You will serve as a key point of contact for customers navigating the technical aspects of integrating our platforms, providing expert guidance and support through phone calls, emails, and desktop sharing sessions. Your approach will be characterized by professionalism, accuracy, and a timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • • A crucial aspect of your role involves close collaboration with various internal teams, including Customer Success, Professional Development, Operations Management, Sales, and Engineering. This cross-functional partnership is essential for identifying bugs and system issues, rigorously testing potential solutions, and providing constructive feedback to enhance overall system performance and user experience.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of standard responses for frequently encountered technical integration challenges and documentation gaps. This proactive approach ensures consistency and efficiency in support delivery.
  • • Maintaining a deep and up-to-date understanding of ExploreLearning and Learning A-Z products, their associated platforms, and the intricate requirements of our integration systems will be paramount. This expertise will enable you to address complex customer needs effectively.
  • • You will meticulously track, document, and report on customer issues, detailing the activities undertaken for their resolution. This systematic approach contributes to our continuous improvement efforts and provides valuable insights into common challenges.
  • • This role also involves supporting special projects and undertaking other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager of Customer Support and Integrations and the Senior Manager of Technical Integrations, offering opportunities to contribute to broader initiatives.
  • • You will act as a vital resource for TSI Success Agents, providing them with higher-level customer and technical integration support to troubleshoot complex rostering issues and concerns, thereby ensuring a consistent and high-quality support experience across the board.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to other duties as assigned, reflecting the dynamic nature of our business and the need for adaptable team members.
  • • This position requires a proactive and analytical mindset, with a strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems, make sound judgments independently, and drive solutions forward with minimal supervision.
  • • You will be expected to master and articulate the functionalities of new technologies quickly, ensuring our customers benefit from the latest advancements in our educational solutions.
  • • The ability to work effectively within a team environment, collaborating harmoniously with a diverse range of individuals, is essential for success in this role.
