đź“‹ Description
- • As a Technical Talent Partner at Mimica Automation Ltd., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s technical teams by owning full-cycle recruitment for Data, ML, Platform, and Product Engineering roles, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming how enterprises use time through AI-powered process intelligence and automation.
- • You will partner with senior technical leaders and executives to define hiring strategies, challenge assumptions around role scope and leveling, and operationalize hiring plans with precision—ensuring that every hire aligns with Mimica’s long-term talent density goals and performance expectations at 6, 9, and 18 months.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, designing and maintaining structured interview processes with calibrated scorecards, running high-signal screening that predicts success before hiring manager interviews, and building forward-looking talent pipelines across the Americas and Europe through proactive, personalized outreach to passive candidates.
- • You will continuously monitor and improve hiring signal quality and conversion rates as volume increases, document and refine recruiting workflows and playbooks, contribute to broader talent initiatives such as interviewer training and quality-of-hire measurement, and bring market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive positioning into strategic decision-making.
- • Mimica is a remote-first, mission-driven company building AI-powered task mining technology that observes desktop activity to create detailed process maps, identify inefficiencies, recommend optimal automation technologies (RPA, IDP, GenAI), and provide blueprints for transforming work—making your role essential to scaling the engineering and product teams that bring this vision to life.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical recruiting within a high-bar, evidence-based environment, sharpen your ability to assess nuanced technical signal early in the process, and gain experience influencing senior stakeholders without authority—while contributing to a culture of process excellence, consistency, and craft in hiring that defines Mimica’s long-term competitive advantage.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven technical recruiting experience in a high-bar environment with a demonstrated track record of delivering sustained hiring outcomes over time, including personal ownership of research, prospecting, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- • Strong ability to understand technical concepts and role nuances well enough to assess early signal credibly, particularly in Data/ML, Platform, and Product Engineering contexts.
- • Execution discipline and structured, systemic thinking—consistently following through on detailed, unglamorous work while bringing clarity to ambiguous hiring challenges and influencing stakeholders without relying on authority.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Generous compensation package including stock options, aligned with Mimica’s internal framework, market data, and individual skills.
- • Fully remote work flexibility—work from anywhere, with options to use company hubs or hybrid arrangements, supported by a company-issued laptop, remote setup stipend, and co-working budget.
- • Comprehensive health and retirement benefits, enhanced parental leave, ample paid time off beyond local holidays, and an annual learning & development budget to support continuous growth.
- • Regular virtual and in-person socials, annual workaways, and the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking AI-driven projects that are shaping the future of work.
