- • As a Technical Talent Partner at People Culture Talent LLC, you will serve as a strategic recruiting operator for high-growth technology clients ranging from pre-seed to pre-IPO, directly partnering with founders and technical leaders to hire exceptional engineering and technical talent across critical functions.
- • You will own end-to-end technical search execution, stakeholder partnership, process architecture, market intelligence, pipeline development, candidate assessment, data reporting, and collaboration with technical sourcers to deliver high-signal hiring outcomes in a fully remote role requiring 4-5 hours of daily overlap with the 9-6pm PT timezone.
- • PCT operates as a specialized talent partner for innovative technology companies, emphasizing operator-level credibility, autonomy, and a high bar for quality of hire while building repeatable yet flexible recruiting processes across diverse company stages and hiring contexts.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical recruiting for senior and staff+ roles, refine your ability to assess exceptional technical talent, master data-driven search optimization, and gain direct exposure to founder and VP-level decision-making in high-impact technology organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in technical recruiting within product-led or SaaS companies, with a track record of owning senior and staff+ engineering searches end-to-end and the credibility to engage CTOs and technical leaders with immediate trust.
- • Demonstrated success hiring across Engineering and at least two adjacent technical functions such as Product, Design, Data, Security, or QA, showing both depth and breadth in technical talent acquisition.
- • Strong sourcing expertise including Boolean search, talent mapping, and high-volume outreach, with comfort using modern ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus) and a habit of leveraging AI tools daily to enhance workflow efficiency.
