• • As a Technical Talent Sourcer at Thrill, you will play a pivotal role in building the talent pipeline for a cutting-edge crypto gaming company poised to launch a global sensation. Your work will directly impact the quality and speed of hiring for high-bar engineering roles across Europe, helping shape the future of gaming through strategic talent acquisition.
• • You will own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles including Backend, Frontend, DevOps/Infrastructure, Data, and Engineering Management. This involves building and executing sourcing strategies, creating target company lists and talent maps, identifying and engaging passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, and crafting highly personalized outreach to improve response rates and generate genuine interest.
• • You will partner closely with the CTO and Senior Technical Recruiter to calibrate role requirements, assess candidate quality, and refine search strategies. Your responsibilities include running sourcing experiments, sharing market insights on compensation and competitor trends, maintaining ATS hygiene, and supporting early candidate qualification and handoff into the recruiting process.
• • You will help position Thrill Labs as an attractive employer to technical talent in a niche and often misunderstood industry, leveraging your judgment and autonomy to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving remote startup environment while contributing to the company’s mission of building a world-class gaming brand.
