- • ButterflyMX is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month period, with the potential for extension. - • In this role, you will be the primary architect of our candidate pipeline for technical roles, focusing on engineering and product functions. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and attract passive and active candidates. You will work closely with our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and partner closely with our Senior Technical Recruiter to understand the nuanced requirements of each role and to build targeted search strategies that yield exceptional results.
- • A key responsibility will be to partner closely with our Technical Talent Partner and hiring managers to deeply understand the specific needs and profiles for technical positions. This involves attending role intake meetings to gain comprehensive insights into the talent requirements, target companies, and desired skill sets. Your ability to translate these requirements into actionable sourcing plans will be paramount to success.
- • You will be responsible for building and executing highly targeted searches within LinkedIn Recruiter, leveraging its advanced features to identify top talent at competing and relevant companies. This requires a keen understanding of the tech landscape and the ability to pinpoint individuals with the right technical acumen and experience.
- • Crafting compelling and personalized outreach messages will be a core function of this role. You will draft and send thoughtful, engaging communications designed to capture the attention of even the most passive candidates, effectively articulating the value proposition of opportunities at ButterflyMX and sparking their interest in exploring a career with us.
- • You will serve as the initial point of contact for candidates, managing their experience from the very first outreach through to the initial Recruiter Screen. Ensuring an exceptional and positive candidate experience at this crucial top-of-funnel stage is vital for building our employer brand and attracting the best talent.
- • A highly organized and data-driven approach is essential. You will meticulously track candidate progress and funnel metrics, providing weekly reports to stakeholders. This data will inform our sourcing strategies and highlight areas for improvement, ensuring continuous optimization of our talent acquisition efforts.
- • This role is full-time and temporary, demanding a proactive and dedicated approach. You will be expected to manage multiple searches simultaneously, maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and care for each stakeholder and candidate throughout the process.
- • Beyond core sourcing responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to other ad-hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition team, offering a broad exposure to various facets of talent acquisition in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience sourcing technical talent within Engineering, Product, and Business Systems teams.
- • Demonstrable success in hiring top technical talent at a high-growth tech company, with a strong understanding of modern programming languages.
- • Track record of delivering high candidate volume across a wide variety of roles simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and care to each stakeholder and candidate in process.
- • Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and its AI features.
- • Ability to source talent creatively from multiple sources (not just LinkedIn Recruiter).
- • Strong communication and organizational skills.
