- • Design and develop comprehensive technical training programs, eLearning modules, video content, job aids, and instructional materials for Crusoe’s core technology stack including Google Workspace, Slack, and other company-wide platforms.
- • Own and manage the technical training content library within WorkRamp, ensuring all courses remain current, accurately organized, and accessible as tools, systems, and processes evolve.
- • Collaborate with the Senior Technical Trainer to prioritize training needs, execute training plans, and build new content aligned with evolving business and technical requirements.
- • Assess tribal knowledge and existing recordings to structure and develop formal curricula and training plans for cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and executive leadership.
- • Develop and maintain AI literacy training content to support internal AI enablement initiatives, helping employees effectively use tools such as Claude and Workato.
- • Utilize eLearning authoring tools including Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Snagit to produce polished, professional multimedia training content with screen captures, video, and audio.
- • Conduct training needs analyses through stakeholder interviews, observational assessments, and data review to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.
- • Administer training programs in WorkRamp, including course setup, learner enrollment, completion tracking, and generation of engagement and performance reports.
- • Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine content for improved retention and adoption.
- • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for onboarding cohorts, technology rollouts, and company-wide initiatives as needed.
- • Travel occasionally (a few times per year) to Crusoe facilities for in-person training events, needs assessments, and on-site support.
- • Partner with IT, People Operations, and business unit leaders to understand employee learning needs, align training content with operational goals, and close knowledge gaps across the organization.
- • Maintain a library of training resources that scales with company growth, ensuring accessibility and relevance for employees ranging from corporate staff to field and manufacturing operators.
- • Stay current with emerging AI tools and productivity platforms, and proactively integrate relevant technologies into training content to support Crusoe’s innovation-driven culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in any field plus 4–6 years of experience in technical training or instructional design, OR a relevant Master’s degree plus 2–4 years of relevant experience
- • Portfolio of instructional design work required, demonstrating creation of eLearning, curriculum, video content, or training programs from scratch
- • Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms
- • Demonstrated ability to design and build training curricula from the ground up, not just maintain existing materials
- • Experience producing video or multimedia training content, including proficiency in video editing, audio editing, image editing, and screen capture tools
- • Experience administering or managing content on an LMS platform (WorkRamp preferred but not required)
