- • As a Technical User Operations Specialist at Harvey AI Inc., you will serve as the frontline support for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless resolution of technical and product-related issues while embodying the company’s mission to transform professional services through frontier agentic AI.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, managing multiple competing priorities during Friday–Tuesday shifts (including weekends), troubleshooting complex issues with cross-functional teams, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, documenting interactions for process improvement, and owning tasks independently while refining support workflows.
- • You will join a sharp, motivated, and intensely committed User Operations team at Harvey AI, a fast-scaling company with 1000+ customers across 60+ countries, backed by world-class investors and operating at the forefront of AI-driven professional services innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise technical support for AI products, strengthen your problem-solving and communication skills, gain experience with APIs and CRM systems, and contribute to shaping scalable support operations — positioning yourself for growth in technical operations, customer success, or product support roles within a high-growth tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven experience in a fast-paced technical support role delivering white-glove or premium support to large enterprise customers for AI-driven products
- • Exceptional empathy and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a creative approach to diagnosing and resolving complex issues
- • Solid understanding of APIs and proficiency with customer support tools and CRM systems
- • Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively
- • Demonstrated passion for learning and continuous improvement, with commitment to staying current on industry trends and best practices
