📋 Description

• As a OneStream Administrator in Riveron's Technology and Innovation practice, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, accuracy, and performance of the OneStream CPM platform, directly supporting GAAP-based financial reporting and consolidation processes for clients across industries.
• Your work will bridge Accounting, Finance, and IT teams, enabling timely resolution of system issues that impact financial statements, management reporting, and regulatory compliance, making you a trusted partner in financial systems integrity.
• Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for OneStream-related support requests via ticketing system, triaging and resolving user issues related to data loads, reports, dashboards, workflows, and security while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the resolution lifecycle.
• You will administer and support core OneStream applications including dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, and security configurations, ensuring proper user access, roles, and profiles align with GAAP reporting requirements and organizational structures.
• A key responsibility involves supporting and troubleshooting data loads from ERP and other source systems into OneStream, analyzing and resolving mapping, transformation, and reconciliation issues to maintain data integrity for financial consolidation.
• You will monitor application performance, assist with optimization efforts, and support chart of accounts, legal entity structures, and reporting rollups used for both external financial statements and internal management reporting.
• Participation in testing enhancements, new builds, and patches in non-production environments will be required to validate system changes before production deployment, ensuring minimal disruption and continued compliance.
• You will escalate complex issues to senior administrators or external consultants when necessary, documenting findings and contributing to knowledge base improvements for faster future resolution.

• In this role, you will deepen your technical and functional expertise in OneStream within a financial systems environment, gaining hands-on experience with GAAP consolidations, eliminations, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting workflows.
• You will develop advanced skills in system administration, data integration, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in enterprise performance management (EPM) platforms.
• The role offers clear pathways to expand your expertise into broader financial transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, process optimization, and digital finance enablement, supporting long-term career growth in finance technology.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on OneStream experience in an administrator, analyst, or support role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Working knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and consolidation concepts
• Experience supporting financial systems through a ticketing or application support model
• Familiarity with data integrations, transformation rules, and reconciliation processes
• Experience supporting GAAP consolidations, eliminations, and intercompany accounting in OneStream
• OneStream Administrator or related certification
• Exposure to OneStream calculations, business rules, and reporting components
