📋 Description

• As a Senior Solution Consultant focused on OneStream within Riveron’s Technology and Innovation practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact CPM (Corporate Performance Management) solutions that enable clients to streamline financial close, reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving financial visibility and decision-making for global enterprises, making this role critical to Riveron’s mission of solving complex finance challenges through technology-driven innovation.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project teams to design, configure, and customize OneStream platforms for consolidation and FP&A use cases; developing proof of concepts and sustainable solutions tailored to client needs; translating business requirements into specific OneStream functionality; conducting internal testing and user acceptance testing; supporting monthly administrative and managed services such as helpdesk, application performance monitoring, month-end close, consolidation tasks, and enhanced report development; providing end-user training and documentation; and delivering clear, actionable recommendations to client leadership and internal stakeholders.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in OneStream CPM platforms, gain hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycles, and develop advanced skills in financial process automation, business rule writing (VB.NET), and solution architecture. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to practice growth, lead client-facing initiatives, and build a strong foundation for advancement into senior consulting, solution architecture, or management roles within the EPM/CPM space.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or optimizing OneStream and/or other CPM platforms
• Proven involvement in multiple full-cycle CPM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements (PL, BS, CF, EBITDA) and core corporate finance processes such as financial close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to communicate complex technical and financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including client executives and internal teams
