  • • Your primary mission as a Technology Partnerships Manager will be to spearhead the ownership and expansion of Vibe's technical integration partner ecosystem. This encompasses a broad spectrum of partners, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), analytics dashboards, attribution measurement platforms, and other emerging category solutions.
  • • This is a quota-carrying, revenue-focused individual contributor role. You will be directly responsible for generating partner-driven pipeline, securing valuable referrals, and maximizing co-marketing impact. You will inherit and cultivate a recurring portfolio of approximately 30-40 technology partners, with clearly defined targets for partner-produced revenue.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with our Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams. This cross-functional partnership is crucial to ensure that Vibe's integrations deliver substantial commercial value and become a cornerstone of our go-to-market (GTM) engine.
  • • **Partner Revenue & Quota Ownership:** You will own a partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue quota, making a direct and significant contribution to Vibe's overall top-line growth. Your efforts will focus on driving consistent referrals and generating qualified opportunities from your assigned partner portfolio.
  • • You will be instrumental in building robust joint business plans with key partners and executing repeatable co-selling motions designed to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • • **Partner Management & Ecosystem Growth:** You will be responsible for managing and strategically growing a recurring book of 30-40 active technology partners. This diverse portfolio will span critical categories such as CRM, CDP, measurement, data activation, application integrations, and dashboard solutions.
  • • A key objective will be to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing partner relationships, exploring new use cases, targeting new industry verticals, and uncovering multi-product integration possibilities.
  • • Maintaining strong partner health and engagement will be paramount, achieved through regular Executive Business Reviews (QBRs), performance evaluations, and proactive engagement planning.
  • • **GTM & Co-Marketing Execution:** You will lead the development and execution of joint marketing campaigns. This includes orchestrating webinars, creating compelling content, developing case studies, participating in industry events, and optimizing marketplace assets, all aimed at generating qualified pipeline for both Vibe and our partners.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement team to ensure our revenue teams possess a deep understanding of partner integrations and are equipped to effectively position their value proposition to clients.
  • • Working in tandem with RevOps, you will streamline processes for lead routing, tracking, scoring, and optimizing partner-to-representative workflows.
  • • **Integration Usage & Product Alignment:** A critical focus will be on driving integration adoption. You will actively assist partners in introducing Vibe to their customer base, including their operations and customer success teams.
  • • You will serve as a vital liaison with our Product and Engineering teams, providing essential feedback and insights to drive integration enhancements, inform feature requests, and identify strategic expansion opportunities.
  • • You will also support the internal and external rollout of new integrations and significant upgrades, ensuring smooth adoption and maximum impact.
  • • **Internal Influence & Ecosystem Strategy:** You will act as the primary internal champion for technology partnerships, diligently educating various internal teams on the value propositions of our integrations and the strategic advantages of our partner motions.
  • • Your role will involve providing critical feedback and market insights that will directly influence our integrations roadmap, refine our GTM strategy, and prioritize our partnership objectives.
  • • **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) You Will Own:** Partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue quota, Partner-sourced referrals, pipeline, and opportunities created, Co-marketing output and performance (MQLs, registrations, reach), Partner activation, integration usage, and commercial impact, Partner health, engagement, and expansion metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-6 years of experience in MarTech, AdTech, B2B SaaS, or within growth partner ecosystems.
  • • Proven experience owning a revenue target or quota, preferably in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or indirect sales roles.
  • • Solid understanding of CRM, CDP, analytics, measurement, and data activation technologies.
  • • Demonstrated ability as a strong partner management operator, capable of managing a high-volume portfolio while driving strategic outcomes.
  • • Excellent relationship-building skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities, accountability, and comfort in executing both GTM and operational motions.
  • • Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Product, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Engineering teams.
  • • Experience with Crossbeam or similar account mapping tools is a plus.
  • • Background in streaming, performance marketing, e-commerce, or measurement technologies is advantageous.
  • • Prior experience launching GTM motions for APIs or complex technology integrations is beneficial.
