š Description
- ⢠The Technology Program Quality Assurance Analyst at Covetrus executes Quality Assurance tasks for In-Clinic & Pharmacy QA, identifying improvement opportunities and leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across processes.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing Quality Management Systems (QMS), databases, and digital tools to document and track quality events; leveraging AI assistants and low-code platforms like Power Automate to design automation solutions; executing QA activities such as complaint handling, Nonconformance Event (NCE) and CAPA processes; supporting recall documentation, supplier approval, DSCSA compliance, and new item approvals; ensuring SOP adherence and accurate documentation; identifying and escalating quality risks; supporting audits and inspections; collaborating with QA leadership and cross-functional teams to drive process improvement.

- ⢠The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in quality assurance, regulatory compliance (including DSCSA), data analytics, process automation using modern tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate), and continuous improvement methodologies while contributing to animal health innovation and operational excellence.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Associate degree or equivalent experience (e.g., Veterinary Technician or Pharmacy Technician certification); bachelorās degree preferred in Chemistry, Biology, Health Administration, Animal Health, Business, Nursing, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Supply Chain.
- ⢠1-3 years of related experience in quality, technology, supply chain management, pharmaceuticals, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong technical writing skills for clear, accurate, and compliant documentation.
- ⢠Working knowledge of Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), databases, and digital tools.
- ⢠Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, problem-solving ability, and effective verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
- ⢠Demonstrated ethical conduct, ability to take direction, recognize when to escalate, and collaborate to ensure high-quality outcomes.
