  • • As a Technology Recruiter at Trading 212 UK Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s engineering talent by partnering directly with engineering leaders to define hiring needs, design targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure the recruitment of top-tier technical talent across backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science disciplines. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to democratize wealth-building through innovative trading and investing products, serving over 5 million clients and managing more than €30 billion in assets under management.
  • • You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles, from initial candidate outreach and qualification to final offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless, data-driven, and candidate-centric experience. This includes building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, leveraging your technical literacy to engage credibly with engineering stakeholders, and continuously optimizing hiring processes using metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline conversion. You will also strengthen Trading 212’s employer brand by positioning the company as a destination of choice for elite engineering talent in Romania and beyond.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven in-house experience recruiting for engineering roles at a technology company, with full ownership of a technical hiring function across multiple disciplines including backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science.
  • • Strong technical literacy enabling you to understand software development lifecycles, engage engineering leaders as a peer, and assess candidate technical strength without conducting technical assessments yourself.
  • • Demonstrated ability to source independently, build talent pipelines from scratch, manage technical stakeholders, and deliver measurable results in key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and pipeline conversion.
