  • • Provides first-level technical support for designated internal users via phone, email, and chat, resolving hardware, software, and system issues to ensure operational continuity.
  • • Manages incident lifecycle in ServiceNow, including ticket creation, documentation, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined Service Level Targets.
  • • Supports setup and configuration of peripheral equipment, software installations, wireless/LAN setups, and mobile device troubleshooting for end users.
  • • Collaborates with Global IT Service Desk and other support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
  • • Maintains professionalism, strong communication, and customer-focused service while adhering to ITIL principles and internal processes.
  • • Contributes to a reliable IT support environment that enables employee productivity across remote and hybrid work settings.
  • • Part of a global technology services team committed to delivering consistent, high-quality support to internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Associate’s degree or equivalent college coursework
  • • 2–3 years of technical experience in a similar IT support or help desk role
  • • Proficiency with Windows OS, O365, MS Office Suite, and Apple/Android devices
  • • Familiarity with remote support tools and ServiceNow for incident ticketing
  • • ITIL Foundation certification preferred or demonstrated understanding of IT service management processes
