• • As a Telecommunication Engineer at Dwelly, you will own and optimize the communication infrastructure that powers customer and internal interactions across the business, ensuring reliable telephony, messaging, email, and WhatsApp operations that directly impact customer experience and business scalability.
• • Day to day, you will monitor and maintain communication channels including IP telephony, SMS/RCS, email, and WhatsApp Business API; troubleshoot incidents with providers like Voximplant, Vonage, and Twilio; build and optimize call routing logic; manage integrations with CRM systems via APIs and webhooks; support internal users through ticketing; and drive improvements during company acquisitions by assessing telecom stacks and enabling smooth migrations.
• • Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform growing through a roll-up strategy, acquiring estate agencies and integrating them into a tech-enabled platform using automation and AI to transform traditional real estate operations at scale.
• • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in enterprise telecom systems, contribute to mission-critical infrastructure during rapid growth, develop automation and AI-enhanced workflows, and play a key role in scaling communication systems across multiple countries and acquired businesses.
