• • As a Telecommunication Transition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of telecommunications accounts, particularly focusing on ownership transfers across various service providers. This critical function supports our property management team by meticulously coordinating the transfer of accounts and all associated documentation, ensuring continuity and operational efficiency.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to expertly manage and process a high volume of transfer of ownership requests. This involves navigating the complexities of different vendors and service providers, ensuring that each transfer is handled with precision and adherence to established protocols.
• • You will be instrumental in updating crucial billing information, managing account access credentials, and verifying authorized users. This meticulous attention to detail is paramount for maintaining secure, accurate, and compliant account management practices, safeguarding sensitive data and operational integrity.
• • This role demands exceptional coordination skills. You will act as the central point of contact, liaising effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. This includes internal teams such as property management, finance, and IT, as well as external partners and telecommunication vendors. Your ability to foster clear communication and drive collaboration will be key to ensuring that all transfers are completed correctly and adhere strictly to agreed-upon schedules.
• • Maintaining crystal-clear progress tracking and comprehensive reporting is a non-negotiable aspect of this role. You will be responsible for providing consistent visibility into the status of each ongoing transfer, enabling proactive decision-making and stakeholder alignment. This involves utilizing tracking tools and spreadsheets to document progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and communicate updates effectively.

This end-to-end ownership guarantees that our clients’ telecommunication services are uninterrupted and accurately managed, reflecting Extenteam's commitment to excellence.
