• • Telehealth Physician (Part-Time W2/Georgia Based) at 9am.ai Inc. provides synchronous video appointments and asynchronous consultations to patients with cardiometabolic conditions, delivering evidence-based care for diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and hyperlipidemia while supervising advanced practice providers and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a clinic schedule of video visits and asynchronous consultations, performing medical assessments, reviewing patient histories, providing prescriptions or referrals, documenting encounters in the EHR system, conducting on-demand telehealth consultations prepared by the Care Team, and offering clinical decision support to registered dieticians, clinical pharmacists, health coaches, ARNPs, and RNs.
