📋 Description

• As a Telemedicine Physician at Hello Hera Inc., you will serve as the clinical entry point for older adults newly enrolled in the company’s Medicare-covered care management program, conducting comprehensive telehealth assessments that establish the foundation for personalized, ongoing geriatric care coordination.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting 45-60 minute telehealth visits to synthesize complex medical and social histories, confirm Medicare eligibility, identify barriers to treatment, flag clinical priorities, and document findings that directly inform care manager (Hero) intervention strategies.
• Hello Hera Inc. is a mission-driven healthcare company dedicated to transforming geriatric care in the community by pairing older adults with dedicated care managers (Heroes) who provide ongoing support, with physicians like you providing the clinical oversight that ensures high-quality, coordinated care across states.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to exercise full clinical autonomy, shape the evolving clinical infrastructure of a growing startup, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, and make a tangible impact on patient outcomes without the pressures of volume-driven healthcare systems.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO licensed to practice in all 50 states
• Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or another relevant specialty
• Substantial experience in geriatric medicine, primary care, or chronic disease management
• Confidence in conducting telehealth assessments and building clinical rapport virtually
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing complex, ambiguous patient cases
• Alignment with the mission of delivering excellent, attentive care to older adults
