- • As a Telephone Verification Operator QAC (Remote) at Globe Life Insurance, you will play a critical role in the underwriting process by verifying life and health insurance applications directly with potential customers, ensuring accurate data collection that directly impacts policy issuance decisions.
- • Day to day, you will make outbound calls to verify and document required information, use the Quality Assurance database to assess needed verifications, clearly explain the application process, complete additional paperwork accurately, communicate actions taken to management, transfer calls as needed, and meet departmental KPIs for performance and quality.
