  • • As a Territory Account Executive at Clipboard Health, you will serve as the 'Sales CEO' of your assigned territory, driving revenue growth by prospecting, closing, and expanding healthcare facility partnerships through in-person selling and relationship management. This role is critical to Clipboard’s mission of lifting people up the socioeconomic ladder by connecting healthcare professionals with on-demand shift opportunities, directly impacting access to work and income for thousands of professionals nationwide.
  • • You will spend 3–4 days per week in the field (Local Territory AE) or ~50% of your time traveling (GTM Territory AE), conducting in-person meetings, product demos, and site visits with decision makers at long term care, dental, home health, and other healthcare facilities to identify needs, pitch solutions, and close new partnerships while nurturing existing accounts to increase engagement and retention.
  • • You will develop a deep understanding of your local healthcare market, including competitor activity and facility-specific pain points, to tailor your approach and position Clipboard as the preferred workforce solution, collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  • • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and activity tracking in the CRM, forecast revenue, manage your own schedule with autonomy, and consistently meet or exceed activity and quota targets through disciplined execution and strategic follow-up.
  • • You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience, feeding insights from the field into product and service improvements while representing Clipboard as a trusted advisor and growth partner to facility administrators, directors of nursing, and operations leaders.
  • • Whether you are early in your sales career or an experienced territory manager, this role offers the opportunity to own and scale a market from the ground up, build leadership capabilities, and grow into senior roles such as Territory Manager, Senior Account Executive, or Sales Management as Clipboard expands into new verticals and geographies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 0–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing roles, with healthcare or marketplace experience considered a plus for experienced candidates
  • • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage both clinical and business audiences in healthcare settings
  • • A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally or overnight depending on the role type (Local Territory AE or GTM Territory AE)
  • • High level of organization, autonomy, and self-direction in managing your own schedule, pipeline, and field activities
  • • Curiosity, persistence, and a bias for action, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, high-growth environment
