  • • As a Territory Account Executive at Clipboard Health, you will serve as the primary market owner in your assigned territory, driving revenue growth by building and expanding relationships with healthcare facilities, particularly in long-term care, dental, and home health sectors. Your role is critical to Clipboard’s mission of lifting professionals up the socioeconomic ladder by connecting them with on-demand work opportunities through its app-based marketplace.
  • • You will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, conducting in-person prospecting, pitching, and closing of new healthcare facility partners, while also managing and deepening engagement with existing customers through regular site visits, demos, and relationship-building activities. Success is measured by your ability to grow revenue within your territory through strategic account development and consistent pipeline management.
  • • You will develop a deep understanding of your local healthcare landscape, including competitor activity and regional market dynamics, enabling you to tailor your sales approach and identify high-potential opportunities. This field-based insight will be shared with internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • • Collaboration is key: you will partner closely with internal teams — including customer success, product, and marketing — to ensure seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing satisfaction for facility partners, thereby reducing churn and increasing lifetime value.
  • • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring transparency, forecast accuracy, and effective coaching opportunities.
  • • Whether you are early in your sales career or an experienced territory manager, this role offers a clear path to ownership and leadership. You will have the autonomy to shape your territory strategy, set goals, and execute plans with minimal oversight, while receiving support and mentorship from a high-performing, mission-driven sales team.
  • • Over time, you will develop advanced skills in B2B sales, healthcare market analysis, consultative selling, pipeline forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration — positioning you for advancement into roles such as Territory Manager, Senior Account Executive, or Market Lead as Clipboard continues to scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 0–2 years of experience in sales, account management, customer-facing roles, or B2B field sales (for early career path) OR 3–5+ years of experience as territory manager, outside sales rep, business development, or account manager (for experienced path)
  • • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences, with the ability to engage Administrators, Staffing Coordinators, and Regional Directors of Operations
  • • A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally 60–80% of the time for field-based meetings and site visits
  • • Organization and autonomy in managing your own schedule, pipeline, and sales activities with minimal supervision
