- • As a Territory Account Executive at Block, Inc., you will drive Square’s mission of economic empowerment by building a local presence and engaging sellers in Atlanta with authentic, face-to-face sales efforts to grow market share in high-potential verticals.
- • You will spend 80% of your time selling in-person, conducting 50-60 drop-ins weekly, performing demos, discovering seller needs, and closing complex deals across restaurants, retailers, and service-based businesses while building referral pipelines and partnering with onboarding and account management teams.
- • You will join Block’s newly established field sales organization, collaborating with channel sales, onboarding, and customer support teams to ensure successful seller implementation and long-term account health in one of the company’s largest and most strategic markets.
- • You will develop deep expertise in Square’s omnichannel ecosystem—including payments, inventory, buy now pay later, appointments, loyalty, and payroll—while mastering Salesforce, exceeding KPIs, and building a sustainable top-of-funnel strategy that fuels brand awareness and revenue growth in your territory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role with direct field sales experience
- • Proven ability to exceed sales targets, sell a diverse product ecosystem, and close complex deals independently in a fast-paced environment
- • Reliable transportation and residence in or near the Atlanta market you are serving
- • Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent CRM proficiency
- • 1+ years of relevant audience experience selling to restaurants, retailers, or service-based businesses
