- • As a Territory Account Executive at Block, Inc. in Miami, you will serve as Square’s local presence and competitive advantage in a high-opportunity market, driving economic empowerment by bringing Square’s full suite of commerce and financial solutions directly to businesses that need them most.
- • Day to day, you will spend approximately 80% of your week in the field conducting 50–60 targeted business visits weekly, running full-cycle sales motions from lead generation to close, delivering live demos, building trust-based relationships with local sellers, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and fast time-to-value.
- • You will join a high-performance, execution-focused field sales team at Block, Inc. that operates with high standards and accountability, where success is determined by strategic, decisive action in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on vertical-specific expertise in restaurants, retail, and services.
- • In this role, you will develop deep vertical expertise, master consultative and competitive selling, build a repeatable top-of-funnel engine through door-to-door outreach and community engagement, implement disciplined referral strategies, maintain rigorous Salesforce pipeline management, and consistently exceed quota while growing your impact and career in a culture of continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role with field sales experience
- • Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals
- • Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- • Business development experience (e.g., hunting and cold calling)
- • Reliable transportation and residency in the Miami market being served
- • Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent
