- • As a Territory Account Executive at Block, Inc. (Square), you will drive Square’s mission of economic empowerment by serving as the company’s presence and competitive advantage in one of its highest-opportunity markets. You will build pipeline from the ground up, elevate Square’s visibility in your community, establish high-value partnerships, and help local businesses grow through Square’s ecosystem of industry-leading software and hardware.
- • Day to day, you will spend ~80% of your week in the field — walking your territory, engaging local businesses, and driving 50–60 targeted business visits each week. You will run a full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion: generating leads, identifying needs, delivering compelling demos, and closing deals across Square’s full product suite. You will build strong, trust-based relationships with local sellers, partner cross-functionally for seamless onboarding, implement referral strategies, develop top-of-funnel engines through door-to-door outreach and community engagement, and maintain strong operational rigor in Salesforce by tracking activity, managing pipeline, and forecasting accurately.
