- • As a Territory Account Manager at Tenable, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our cybersecurity solutions within a designated region in Qatar. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to join a globally recognized leader in Exposure Management, a company trusted by over 44,000 organizations worldwide, including a significant portion of the Fortune 500 and Global 2000.
- • You will be at the forefront of executing Tenable's strategic vision to become the premier Exposure Management provider for the largest and most complex organizations. This involves not just selling our cutting-edge technology but also educating clients on how to effectively manage their cyber risk in an increasingly sophisticated threat landscape.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand business relationships with both existing and new enterprise clients. This requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, focusing on understanding the unique challenges and business objectives of each organization.
- • You will be empowered to develop and implement regional marketing and direct sales strategies to maintain and grow our existing client base. This includes identifying key accounts, understanding their current security posture, and demonstrating how Tenable's comprehensive suite of solutions can address their evolving needs.
- • A crucial aspect of this role is identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. This will involve extensive prospecting, networking within the industry, and leveraging market intelligence to uncover potential clients who can benefit from Tenable's expertise.
- • You will be responsible for meticulously managing and maintaining your territory's sales pipeline. This includes accurately forecasting opportunities, tracking progress, and ensuring a robust flow of potential deals through the sales cycle.
- • A key performance indicator for this role is the consistent achievement of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets, along with other regional objectives set by the Vice President of Sales. Your success will directly contribute to Tenable's overall market penetration and revenue growth.
- • You will be expected to provide accurate and timely monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, enabling effective business planning and resource allocation across the sales organization.
- • This role involves leadership and management of a dedicated regional sales team, including inside sales representatives and sales engineers. You will guide their efforts, provide support, and ensure they are aligned with the territory's strategic goals.
- • You will consistently strive to achieve and exceed your assigned quotas and revenue objectives, demonstrating a high level of performance and commitment to sales excellence.
- • You will strategically utilize channel sales resources within your region to maximize reach and impact, collaborating with partners to drive joint success.
- • Staying informed about competitive industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging cybersecurity threats is essential. You will be expected to gather and relay this valuable market intelligence to executive management, contributing to Tenable's strategic decision-making.
- • This position requires a deep understanding of the cybersecurity challenges that modern enterprises face and their significant business implications. You will need to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner, aligning them with business outcomes.
- • You will adopt a consultative sales approach, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their pain points, and prescribing the most effective solutions from Tenable's portfolio.

- • This is a remote position based in Qatar, requiring approximately 25% travel within the region to meet with clients and partners.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of experience directly relating to enterprise software sales, preferably in cybersecurity.
- • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients and stakeholders in Qatar.
- • Proven track record of successfully selling high-value enterprise software platform solutions to large, complex private and public sector organizations within Qatar.
- • Good understanding of the cybersecurity challenges modern enterprises face and their main business implications.
- • High level of self-awareness and exceptional listening skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- • Ability to adopt a consultative sales style, effectively presenting ideas and product value propositions.
- • Competency with CRM and sales tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- • Detail-oriented with the capability to perform accurate work with minimal supervision.
- • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time within the assigned territory.
