You will act as the primary point of contact, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, including AV integrators, consultants, and end-users, to understand their unique challenges and present tailored NETGEAR solutions that enhance their connectivity and operational efficiency.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend beyond direct sales; you will be a strategic partner, developing and executing a comprehensive territory strategy for the Southeast. This involves meticulous sales forecasting for specific accounts, geographic markets, and industry verticals, ensuring alignment with NETGEAR's overall business objectives. You will leverage your deep understanding of the AV and broadcast landscape to educate partners and clients on the benefits and technical intricacies of NETGEAR's product portfolio, positioning us as the go-to provider for their networking needs.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team, including Sales, OEM, Marketing, and Design Engineering departments, to identify emerging opportunities and drive the successful implementation of NETGEAR solutions. You will work hand-in-hand with distribution sales teams to identify and target key accounts and markets, ensuring that our partners have access to appropriate discount levels and support to effectively serve their customer base.
  • • Staying ahead of the curve is crucial. You will be expected to maintain a deep and current understanding of product developments and industry trends within the AV and broadcast sectors. This expertise will enable you to provide expert consulting to your partners and clients, acting as a trusted advisor who can navigate complex technical requirements and recommend the most effective networking strategies.
  • • This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home, ideally based within the Southeast region, with key locations including Atlanta, Miami, Tampa, or Orlando. However, success in this role requires a commitment to client engagement and market presence, necessitating travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support your territory.
  • • You will be empowered to take ownership of your territory, driving revenue growth and market share for NETGEAR. This includes prospecting for new business, managing existing accounts, and developing strategic account plans. Your ability to articulate the value proposition of NETGEAR's advanced networking solutions, particularly in the realm of AV over IP technologies, will be paramount. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree
  • • 5-7+ years of territory sales management experience, with a specific focus on developing audiovisual integrators in the Pro and Broadcast AV markets.
  • • 5+ years of experience selling AV over IP technologies.
  • • Strong technical knowledge of IP networking technologies and terminology.
  • • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • • Demonstrated history of accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • • Self-starter with a high degree of drive, ambition, and pride in business growth.
  • • Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
  • • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.
