- • As a Territory Business Manager for DexCom, Inc., you will represent a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology, driving sales and adoption of life-changing diabetes management solutions across Southern or Coastal Mississippi. Your role is critical in expanding Dexcom’s market presence by building relationships with healthcare providers and institutions to improve patient outcomes through innovative biosensing technology.
- • Day to day, you will influence and support physicians, diabetes educators, nurses, pharmacies, hospitals, and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe and integrate Dexcom products; train healthcare professionals on product use; represent Dexcom at trade shows and diabetes exhibits; partner with cross-functional teams including market access and government affairs; implement sales strategies using analytical tools; and meet or exceed territory sales targets and KPIs while completing administrative duties promptly.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- • Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and satisfactory driving record
- • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, with 50–75% travel required
- • Proven track record in sales, with medical/pharma experience preferred but non-medical sales considered
- • Knowledge of diabetes disease state is a plus
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with district and territory sales teams to achieve KPIs
