  • • As a Territory Manager for Covetrus, Inc., you will own the full sales cycle across South England, driving revenue growth by selling the company’s full suite of veterinary practice management software solutions—RoboVet, RoboVet Hosted, RxWorks, and Ascend—to both new and existing customers. This role is critical to Covetrus’ mission of empowering veterinary practices with technology that streamlines operations, reduces administrative burden, and enables teams to focus on animal care and client service. You will be the trusted advisor who helps practices overcome operational challenges through tailored, configurable software solutions.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels, delivering customized product demonstrations that align with specific practice needs, and managing end-to-end sales cycles from initial contact to contract close. You will maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking in Salesforce CRM, collaborate closely with marketing, product, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, and conduct regular business reviews with existing clients to drive retention, expansion, and cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, you will stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and product updates to position Covetrus as the preferred technology partner in the veterinary sector.
  • • You will join a dedicated, knowledgeable, and hands-on commercial team within Covetrus Technology Solutions, backed by over 40 years of industry expertise in veterinary practice management. The company prides itself on its deep understanding of the veterinary workflow, built through close collaboration with ex-clinical experts who design and support solutions that reflect real-world practice needs. This team is committed to customer success at every stage—from onboarding and training to ongoing support—ensuring that technology adoption leads to measurable improvements in practice efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen your expertise in SaaS and veterinary technology markets, and master complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will gain experience in leveraging CRM systems for strategic forecasting, refining your ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value, and building long-term, trusted relationships with veterinary practice owners, managers, and clinical leads. Success in this position can lead to career progression into senior sales, regional leadership, or specialist roles within Covetrus’ growing Technology Solutions division.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the veterinary, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • • Ability to understand and articulate technical product features in terms of business value and operational impact for veterinary practices.
  • • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline management and forecasting.
