- ā¢ As a Territory Manager for Koala Financial Inc., you will drive new business growth and strengthen customer relationships across Illinois and Iowa, directly contributing to the companyās mission of enabling flexible financing for big purchases and improving financial access for non-prime consumers.
- ā¢ Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new retail accounts, developing and executing strategic sales plans, meeting or exceeding sales budgets and KPIs, delivering sales and training presentations, maintaining customer touch plans via Salesforce, resolving customer issues, preparing business and expense reports, and balancing 80% new business hunting with 20% account management farming.

- ā¢ In this role, you will develop advanced sales strategy execution, CRM mastery, territory planning, and consultative selling skills while building meaningful retail partnerships and accelerating your career through high-impact, commission-driven performance with uncapped earning potential.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ 3+ years of sales experience, with preference for retail space experience
- ā¢ Minimum 2+ years of proven new business development (sales hunting) experience
- ā¢ Ability to travel up to 50% with overnight stays and extensive driving; valid driverās license and reliable transportation required
- ā¢ Must maintain primary residence within the Illinois and Iowa territory for the duration of employment
