- • As a Territory Manager in Dublin, you will manage a portfolio of top local restaurants, acting as a frontline ambassador for Deliveroo’s brand and mission to grow restaurant partnerships and drive business performance in one of its most mature and growing markets.
- • Day to day, you will engage face-to-face with restaurant owners across your dedicated territory, drive performance through partner marketing and advertising sales, optimise operational offerings, identify new partnership opportunities, resolve complex support issues, and provide on-the-ground insights to wider teams.
- • You will join a thriving UK & Ireland team based in Dublin — Deliveroo’s first international market, launched over 10 years ago — where commercial, operations, and marketing functions collaborate with global Product, Technology, Consumer, and Restaurants teams to support exceptional growth in a diverse and dynamic restaurant scene.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in commercial restaurant partnerships, data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and market-specific strategy — positioning you for progression into future Account Management or commercial leadership roles within Deliveroo.
🎯 Requirements
- • Some commercial experience or restaurant/hospitality experience would be an advantage
- • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- • Ability to take initiative and adapt to constantly changing work environments
- • Desire to work with restaurants and build strategic partnerships, creating positive and lasting relationships
- • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- • Highly autonomous with excellent organisation and time management skills
- • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and devise data-based strategies
- • Desirable: Full Irish Driving License
