  • • As a Territory Sales Executive for France at Copeland LP, you will drive the execution of strategic account plans across regional branches, serving as the critical link between headquarters strategy and on-the-ground implementation within the distributor and contractor network.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing regional sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with local and regional distributors, coordinating with Enterprise Account Teams, delivering product training and technical support, engaging with contractors as key influencers, negotiating local agreements and pricing, conducting business reviews, and traveling extensively across your assigned territory to ensure full alignment across the value chain.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical sales within the HVACR industry, strengthen your ability to manage complex channel and enterprise accounts, enhance your stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and gain experience influencing contractor behavior to drive solution adoption—positioning you for growth into senior sales or account leadership roles within a purpose-driven, innovative organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Technical degree or apprenticeship in refrigeration engineering (mandatory: Mechatroniker fĂĽr Kältetechnik or equivalent)
  • • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or channel sales role
  • • Strong technical understanding of HVAC/R systems, including compressors, controls, and electronics
  • • Proven experience working with distributors, wholesalers, and contractor networks
  • • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • • Native-level French language skills
  • • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • • High willingness to travel across Southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
