  • • Represent Dexcom, Inc. in the Dammam territory of Saudi Arabia by promoting continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products to physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions focused on diabetes care.
  • • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by developing new customer accounts and expanding existing relationships within the assigned geographic area.
  • • Build, develop, and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, diabetes nurse educators, key opinion leaders, and healthcare purchasers.
  • • Design and implement market development plans to increase product adoption, drive brand awareness, and support business growth in the diabetes care segment.
  • • Conduct product demonstrations, plan and execute sales activities, and provide ongoing sales support including customer visits, data analysis, and identification of new sales opportunities.
  • • Actively identify and execute initiatives and tools to maximize product penetration and market share within the territory.
  • • Provide actionable marketing intelligence and customer feedback to sales and marketing management to inform strategy and product positioning.
  • • Responsibly manage and resolve customer concerns and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress using the company’s CRM system.
  • • Travel 50–75% of the time across the assigned territory to engage with healthcare providers and support clinical adoption of Dexcom’s technology.
  • • Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits, technical specifications, and operational use of Dexcom’s CGM systems to ensure proper adoption and sustained usage.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company-wide goals and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
  • • Contribute to regional business planning by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and recommending actions to improve performance.
  • • Operate in full compliance with local healthcare regulations and company ethical standards when engaging with medical professionals and institutions.
  • • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by leveraging technical expertise and deep understanding of diabetes management needs.
  • • Support the broader mission of Dexcom to empower individuals with actionable health insights through innovative biosensing technology.
  • • Participate in company-led training programs to stay current on product updates, clinical data, and sales methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–8 years of sales experience within the healthcare industry
  • • Minimum of 3 years of experience in diabetes care or equivalent medical device sales
  • • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • • Sound experience analyzing sales and customer data
  • • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • • Must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic
